Intereum Wins Herman Miller's ServiceNet Award

Intereum recently won Herman Miller’s ServiceNet award for being the top ServiceNet dealer for 2015. This award goes to the top dealer in North America for ServiceNet volume and customer satisfaction. Our Project Management team is directly responsible for this award as they work with their counterparts at various Herman Miller dealers to implement projects coming into the Twin Cities market and projects going out of our market to customer’s locations throughout North America.

  • Intereum completed 175 projects where we were the originating dealer. This means we ordered the product and had another dealer do the installation outside of our market.
  • We completed 153 projects as the servicing dealer. This means we received and installed the product from another Herman Miller dealer.
  • As part of the Herman Miller Certified Network ServiceNet program, we rate each other relative to our performance and overall responsiveness on each project. Our team member Randy Johnson scored a perfect response index score regarding his work with the servicing dealer projects!
