Intereum made sure we got everything we needed with very little effort on our part. A very easy transaction. We think the arrangement is the best possible use of our space and everyone is happy with the design. There was not a single thing that needed attention after the installation. Everything was exactly as it should be. The whole team was very professional and helpful.
Karen and Allison are great to work with. The tables were put together prior to delivery, which I loved because there was no mess, no cardboard, no onsite time for installation, and out the door quickly.

She does exactly what I would expect all Intereum sales reps to do–recommend the right product, help me find the right product to match my challenging needs as I have described them, recommend items that will work for me that I wouldn't have even thought of given my design limitations, and then get it all here perfectly and on time. I have worked with Denise and Shelly for a number of years. Their knowledge and expertise is commendable. They work very hard and listen to what the customer wants. The end product is always durable, comfortable and attractive. Customer service is excellent!
I have always had good customer service from Intereum, which is why we always come back for their help on furniture. The staff I've dealt with from Intereum has always been professional, willing to answer questions and have performed very well with respect to customer service. If something is needed after delivery, they are also quick to resolve the problems. Keep up the good customer service work they are doing.
Working with Allison DeBoer was great. She was very helpful and responsive. The installation team was great. The care they took in making sure the product was installed properly and looked good was terrific.
The entire Intereum team has been terrific. We appreciate the design suggestions we received and the donated furniture that was made available to us. Those donations rounded out our furniture needs. The Intereum workstations are beautiful and the chairs are comfortable and easy to move throughout the office. Brittany and Jackie were a pleasure to work with - very responsive. We were on an extremely tight timeline and you all made our move in possible!
