Between the day to day demands and flurry of activity we've had recently while getting settled into our new space, we made sure to take time to celebrate our accomplishments, recognizing team members for their contributions. Leadership awards one of our most prestigious sales awards, the Pinnacle Award, to an outstanding individual who not only met their goals, but exemplifies leadership, customer satisfaction, respect, and strategic initiative.
The award for 2016 was presented to Natalie Berg. Natalie has been with Intereum for over 10 years, first utilizing her degree in interior design and then moving into healthcare sales. When asked what helps Natalie be successful, she stated “My team. You’re only as good as your team and mine is made up of people who work really hard and care about the outcome”. When Natalie isn’t in the office, she enjoys camping, being outside, and spending time with her two children.
